Description: Students will practice their linear relations skills in this escape room/mystery picture combo. This activity utilizes linear equations in standard form Ax + By + C = 0, and y-intercept form y = mx + b. There are lots of linear graphs in this activity as well. All of these forms are used in EACH room to give students practice with a variety linear relations. Encourage your students to work out difficult problems on a separate piece of paper. Students will need to rearrange equations. Ex. 4y=-x+3 should be rearranged to y = -1/4 x+ 3/4 which would give a slope of -1/4 and y-intercept of 3/4.
