Description
This activity targets Visual Performance B12: Block designs from picture. The learner is shown a visual model made with blocks and is asked to recreate it by dragging blocks from a larger set, which includes distractors (extra pieces not needed). The learner must attend to block shape, color, and spatial arrangement to accurately match the model. Instructions remind them to “only use the ones you need.” This activity supports visual processing, attention to detail, and fine motor planning. Evaluator scoring is manual: press the plus (+) button if the design is completed correctly using the right number of blocks in the correct orientation, and minus (–) if incorrect. This resource is designed to support skill development and may be used alongside the ABLLS-R assessment. It is a supplemental tool and not an official ABLLS-R product.
