Description
The goal of this activity is to complete sentences using compound words. The student will complete sentences using one or two words from a list of 5-6 words. The compound words included are: cupcake, pancake, snowman, sunflower, sunset, rainbow, starfish, jellyfish, seahorse, sandcastle, butterfly, dragonfly and raindrop. This activity also provides an opportunity to practice other words such as colour words and adjectives. Beautiful and vibrant real-world pictures are used throughout the activity to retain the student’s attention. The activity has a total of 26 slides.
