Description: This fun group speech game which targets articulation practice for multisyllabic words. The task cards provide for a range of practice levels (words through long sentences). For use in a group with students working at various levels, the therapist could plan for modified practice as needed. For example, a student who is working primarily at the single word level could practice single words rather than whole sentences by having the therapist identify the target words and the number of productions when provided with a sentence level task. At the other end of the spectrum, for students who are working toward generalization, the therapist may choose to incorporate the extra challenge (occasionally provided) of having the student say the word, phrase or sentence while doing some additional action (ex: pretending to pack a suitcase or saying the sentence in an angry tone, etc.).
