Description: Solve multistep equations with a creative twist this December with this set of 20 Christmas solving equations mystery picture Boom™ Cards! Students will solve a variety of multistep equations in this Christmas-themed mystery picture activity, including equations involving: - the distributive property - order of operations - fractions - answers with both positive and negative integers - variables on both sides As students progress through each question, a part of the mystery Christmas-themed image will appear (colorful holiday-themed retro vehicle!). Students can complete all work separately (e.g. in their notebook, scrap paper, etc.), and type the answer for each question into the answer box on each Boom™ Card. If correct, students will click the snowy arrow on the bottom right of the card to move to the next question, and part of the mystery image will be revealed! If incorrect, students will hear a 'whoops' sound, and will be able to review their work and try again.
