This place value, comparing numbers, and ordering numbers deck would be perfect for the month of February or any time you'd like to share a little llama love! Included are 3 different activities, each with ten cards. The first activity will have students using base ten blocks to build the displayed number. After building it they'll drag number hearts to a tens and ones chart to show the amount of tens and ones in the number. In the second activity, students will compare 2 numbers by dragging a greater than, less than, or equal sign to the box to compare the numbers. In the final activity, students will practice their understanding of place value by ordering 3 numbers that are not in consecutive order. This deck will give your students variety and meaningful practice with place value and number sense.
