This Boom card deck includes 4 versions of our original picture book, Undiscovered. Undiscovered was originally written to be wordless, however it also includes 3 levels of text so it can easily be adapted for different students. The story versions/levels included in this Boom card deck are: 1 - Simplified text, with icons This version includes a single highlighted symbol/icon on each page of the story along with a simplified version of the story text. The highlighted words are mostly core vocabulary (e.g., climb, look, all, open) with some fringe words (e.g., colorful, bridge, share) as well. 2 - Original story The story includes salient story grammar elements and story structure. 3 - Advanced story This advanced version of the story includes more complicated sentence structure and more advanced vocabulary words including adverbs. 4 - Wordless This version is completely wordless with editable text boxes so you can tell (or write) your own version of the story!
