Welcome to the "Great Pizza Slice Match-Up!" In FRACTIONS: Find the LCD, the pizza parlor is in a bit of a pickle. Customers are ordering slices of different sizes—some want fourths, some want sixths, and others want eighths! As the Head Pizza Chef, your mission is to find the Least Common Denominator (LCD) so everyone can share the same size slices! To add or compare these pizzas, you’ll need to find the smallest number that both denominators can "slice" into. Students will look at two different pizza pans and use their skip-counting and multiplication skills to find the perfect common ground. This deck turns a tricky math step into a fun kitchen challenge, helping learners master the secret to "matching" fractions before they even start cooking!
