Our Math Bags are going digital! Here's a new way to engage students while learning and practicing math skills! In the classroom, we often use our Math Bags in partner pairs. Here are 2 ways this digital set helps us: - Accountability: kiddos can review their work with the paper Math Bags and we get the results - Assessment: use this card deck as an assessment tool after kiddos practice with Math Bags This is Mia and Miles Make a Ten from our 1st Grade Math Bag set. Students will look at the kids using the strategy of Make a Ten to help solve an addition problem with mental math. After seeing the kids do it, students will use the strategy themselves and type to finish equations with the Make a Ten strategy.
