Description
Who is inside the house and what are they doing? This activity was designed to target pronouns, actions, and expanding word utterances. "Knock" on the door by clicking the knocking image sound button. Ask the student to slide the house over and determine whether they see a boy or a girl. Is it a he or a she? Click the images of the boy and/or girl (in the sentence starter) to hear the pronoun labeled out loud. Then ask the student to label the action of the animated image and use the sentence starter to produce a 3-word utterance using the correct pronoun + is+ present-progressive verb. Take it a step further by asking more questions (i.e. "what is she reading?" "where is he sleeping?"). There are 25 actions included (all animated:) Thank you!
