Practice deciphering common idioms in short paragraphs. 30 paragraphs are included, with the idiom isolated. 2 foils and 1 correct definition are included for each question, so definitions are selected from a field of 3, which is a great modification for students with language disorders or ELLs. Great for introducing the concept of idioms and comparing/contrasting their literal vs. figurative meanings, as well as reading/listening comprehension and inferencing.
