Looking to work on irregular verbs with real pictures? These are perfect for older students since there is no clip art and it is also great for younger students to see real pictures. There is a text box for students to write the irregular past tense of the desired verb (written at the top of the page) set with the correct answers. Then there is a text box for students to write a sentence using the word. Depending on the students' levels you can have them write a sentence or verbally provide a sentence. You can also use this resource to work on pronouns, forming complete sentences, describing the pictures, answering wh questions, present progressive and more! Some pictures can target more than one verb, but the verb with the preset answer is written at the top of the page. There are over 50 different verbs used in this resource. Several verbs are used 2-3 times to provide a variety of examples. Many of these pictures are the same as my Pronouns and Present Progressive Verbs resource, but these are all irregular verbs. ** Light has two correct responses - lit and lighted.
