This deck asks students to choose if it is "OK to Take" something, or if it is "Stealing" based on 20 different real world situations described on each card. This is an important social skill that many children struggle to learn. The deck has 10 situations where it is OK to take an item and 10 situations where it would be considered stealing. All situations are ones that a student could encounter while in school or at home. Examples: My neighbor has a cat that is sometimes outside. She likes it when I pet her. I'm going to take her home and keep her locked in my room. Susan's mom said that she had some of jeans that didn't fit Susan anymore and she thought that they may fit me. I took them home. The school had someone donate back packs with school supplies. My old one is broken and I don't have a new one yet. I took a red one. Paul went over to Henry's house. He has so many video games that he won't know if one is missing. Paul put one in his backpack and took it home when he left.
