Description: In this warm-up activity or game, students will choose an object (vase) to reveal coins. If a vase has a coin in it, the student or team will get a reward. Otherwise, they'll choose a 'DO IT' action listed. 'DO IT' Options 1) Do 5 jumping jacks.. 2) Jog in place 10 counts. 3) Say a positive statement for yourself. "I am _________." Be creative in giving rewards. It can be points, or tangible items. I love giving students cookies for this activity. This can be assigned as back-to-school activity, warm-up activity, as bell-ringer activity, or a game for students to have fun. This is perfect for students to develop psychomotor and emotional skills. Positions of coins are randomized so players can't guess which vase has a coin. With this, you can implement this activity as many times as you want.
