Do your students need to practice identifying fractions on a number line? Identifying fractions on a number line is often a tricky concept for may students to grasp. An important concept for identifying fractions is the ability to name a fraction as it is placed on a number line. These cards are a fabulous resource for practicing this skill or for simply identifying which students do and don't know about fractions. This deck can be used for a number of different activities including whole-group activities, math centers, games, and math remediation with small groups. This deck contains 40 cards including fractions less than one, mixed fractions, and mixed fractions. There are 7 different question types including fill in the blank, drag and drop, multi-pics, and multiple choice. The first 20 cards deal with fractions less than one including quarters, fifths, ninths, and fifteenths. Cards 21-30 deal with improper fractions with number lines starting from zero and others starting from two or three. Fractions include halves, thirds, quarters, and sixth. Cards 31-40 deal with mixed fractions with the number lines starting from zero and other lines starting from two or three. Fractions include halves, thirds, quarters, and sixth.
