Description
This Boom Cards ™ Deck is an interactive book following the “Five Little Pumpkins” poem. Each slide has one verse from the poem and 2-5 interactive components to motivate and engage students. Three activities included: comprehension questions, story sequencing, and emotion matching. Each pumpkin has facial expression that follows the storyline of the poem to exhibit surprise, worry, fear, calm/indifference, and happiness to build in social/emotional awareness. Available on Teachers Pay Teachers accompaniments, including 1) a printable version of this book (both in color and black/white) with detachable objects, and 2) a black/white mini book with detachable pumpkins to expand this activity into your speech therapy sessions, classroom centers, or as home carryover practice.
