Students need as much practice as they can get working with ending consonant blends and words. This final consonant blends ND, NG, NK, and NT deck will give your students 3 activities that are engaging, rigorous, and FUN! The first activity of 10 cards has a pocket chart with 3 picture cards in the pocket chart. Students will look at the pictures and then drag the words that match the pictures to their spot next to the picture. Sound is included for the directions on this activity. The second activity of ten cards has 2 N Blend endings sort headings and 4 picture cards. The picture cards also have the words written, minus the ending blend. Students will look at the picture, and beginning part of the word, and name it. They'll then drag and drop the card into their N blends spot on a classroom bulletin board. Sound is included for the directions. In the final activity of ten cards, students will look at the picture and use the letter tiles to spell the word N consonant blend ending word. These cards include sound for the words and directions. Your students will enjoy these activities working with N final consonant blends ND, NG, NK, and NT.
