Description

Have some fun playing "Jeopardy" with your students while practicing social skills and pragmatic language. This is a fun activity for small groups or individuals. There is a linked card to keep score if you have some competitive students! Move the picture above each question word on the gameboard to cover up the number after the question was asked. 25 Cards in all - 5 for each topic: Feelings, Gestures, Tone of Voice, On Topic, Asking Questions Feelings: 3-4 sentence stories with picture with WH question to target feelings "scared, tired, disappointed, frustrated, confused" Gestures: Pictured gestures with WH question to target what it means and when it is used Tone of voice: 2 voice recordings to choose from to determine which one is sincere On Topic: Statement given ex. "I have on new sneakers today" followed by 4 choices - student must pick the statement that is off topic Question: Statement given ex. "I won the contest" followed by the question, What would you ask? Have fun!
