Description: 10 fun winter "Snow Day" Articulation Activities target the G sound in the initial and final positions. The student "plays" through a snow day. First, look out the window and look at the snow! Click on each snowflake and listen for your speech sound. Only select the snowflakes that have the correct sound. Next dress the kids for a snow day, dragging the clothing to the kids. Build a snowman in the park, uncovering speech words. Shovel the walk moving the snow piles out of the way and naming the items you uncover. Find the small hidden items at the lodge. Move the red circle to small 8 objects hidden in the picture. Help the ice fisher by dragging the fish onto the ice and snowman to cover the speech words. Help the kids get off the ski lift and move them to cover the speech words in the snow. At the hot cocoa stand, answer the questions to uncover the mystery picture. At the hockey rink, shoot the pucks into the net and say the words you uncover. Lastly, help hunt in the dark for the snowballs! Use the flashlight until you find all the speech words. Each interactive game allows students to manipulate something on-screen while practicing initial and final position speech sounds. 12 cards with 10 different activity pages.
