Description: This deck includes 14 BOOM Cards, which provide students with practice performing transformations of triangles on the coordinate plane. There are a variety of translations, reflections, rotations, compositions of isometries, dilations, and similarity transformations. All 14 cards are organized in the exact same manner- the graph of a triangle is given; students will perform the indicated transformation (on sperate paper or using algebra) and then they will type the coordinates of the translated triangle. PLEASE NOTE: This deck uses WORDS, when describing a sequence of transformations, instead of the "open circle" notation to indicate a composition of isometries.
