This will be one of your favorite describing activities! My students love it and request it over and over again. Let a student choose an object from an array of over 80 choices from a variety of categories. Once an object is chosen, it it is hidden in the bag so the other students don't see it. Each item page has describing visuals along with auditory prompts. Have your student describe their object using category, function, attributes, and location. After the other students guess the object, move the bag to reveal if they were correct! Great for working on: - Describing - Categories - Adjectives - Functions - Inferencing - Memory and receptive language development Categories include: - Animals (pets, zoo, insects, reptiles, birds, sea creatures) - Food (fruit, vegetables, sweets, dinner items) - School Supplies - Cleaning Supplies - Electronics - Toys - Furniture - Plants - Jobs - Clothes It's also just FUN!
