A winter-themed practice test or activity to prepare ESL students for the WIDA ACCESS exam. This is a reading comprehension, science-based deck. WIDA often gives students "Language of Science" questions on the ACCESS and MODEL exams, so this is a great practice. Students do NOT need prior science knowledge--all information needed to answer the questions is IN the reading passages (so that you are measuring English language proficiency and not Science knowledge). However, this deck does connect to and support core content from the Science classroom.
