Description
This deck places emotions into categories and describes possible sensations for those categories. Categories are: Yellow for "ready to learn", Green for "wiggly or caution", Brown for "blah", and Red for "explosion". First 5 cards name and explain each category, 4 cards show images and ask the student to choose who is in that category. 8 cards give scenarios and ask which category the person is in. 7 cards give scenarios and ask the student to pick strategies to use. This deck is not affiliated with any SEL curriculum. If a student is used to a curriculum with different names and/or color associations, I would recommend making a chart showing which colors equal each other between this deck and the ones they are used to.
