Description: Target cluster reduction with this engaging speech therapy activity! Initial /s/blends are broken down into /sm/ /sp/ /sk/ /st/ /sl/ /sn/ and mixed initial /s/blends for a total of 14 tasks! TASK ONE: Thanksgiving Memory Match- Students can play against each other in this fun interactive mini game! Students drag and drop the top turkey to discover the word underneath. Students practice this word and try to find the match. If the student finds a match, they can move the top turkeys to the side. If the student does not find a match, they place the turkeys over the exposed images. At the end of the game, count the turkeys for each player to find the winner! TASK TWO: Build a Turkey- Students say all the words on the page (image and text included). Then, the student drags and drops pieces to build a turkey. Students can build two turkeys per page. Note- Images may be repeated. Targets include both image and text!
