This resource includes a 10-page adapted book targeting the carrier phrase "I see a" + rainforest animals (orangutan, tree frog, tapir, lemur, python, jaguar, iguana, sloth, toucan and capybara). Students chose the correct icon and drag it onto a sentence strip along the bottom of the page. Students can then use the sentence strip to describe what they see (e.g., I see a sloth). This resource also includes 10 receptive ID pages. Students ID targeted desert animals from a choice of 3 within a rainforest scene. This resources also includes three EXTRA activities! 1. Choose the animals that DO NOT BELONG in a rainforest scene. 2. Choose the rainforest animals that can fly. 3. Sort ocean animals vs. rainforest animals.
