Description: These 44 cards use a quirky bug and a cartoon dog to teach how to recognize and write correct note stems. Activities include a variety of sorting, multiple choice, and drag-and-drop. Cards have both written and audio instructions which are narrated by the animal characters. The first five cards play automatically to teach the concept. The rest of the cards are randomized with an additional 15 cards per play. This deck covers correct left and right stem placement. Up and down stem placement using the "middle line rule" will be covered in a subsequent deck. This deck has been optimized for visual and aural accessibility. The drag-and-drop function may not be suitable for all students requiring motor accommodations.
