Description

Predictable sentences to check reading comprehension in emergent readers, especially children with limited language. The student drags the correct pumpkin to the black-chalk outlined box thereby giving the correct graphic to match the sentence. Awesome to do in teacher-led or small group, centers, or to assign for homework. No prep necessary and self-checking. The first page is a sight word list of all the words used in this story, when the audio button is clicked the list will be read aloud. The last page the student can drag graphics of candy into the silly pumpkin bucket and watch it disappear! Audio Directions Available on every page! Very engaging for Kindergarten, first grade and those IEP goals for sight words or color identification! All answers are drag-and-drop. It is just a cute and fun story to get ready for Halloween and trick or treating.
