Description: The snow is falling. Can you catch a snowflake that has a blend on it? Students will look at the picture on the snowflake and determine if that word has a beginning blend. If the word has a blend, they will click on the happy face. Audio is included if students need help identifying the picture/word. This is a great game to play whole group on an interactive board. It provides the class with the opportunity to talk about beginning letters, vowel sounds, rhyming words, and even vocabulary. Since audio is included, it is a great game to use as a literacy center or for student's to play independently. Grab this deck for all of your January and Snow winter word work.
