This interactive Boom Deck is designed to support a complete 25–30 minute occupational therapy session for lower elementary students. The activity focuses on fine motor skills, dexterity, bilateral coordination, visual attention, and the use of digital tools including coloring and simple typing. The deck begins with a clear visual schedule using a “First, Next, Then” format so students can easily understand the flow of the session during tele-health. First, students watch and follow along a short 7-minute movement warm-up video where they practice making a rainbow out of playdough. Next, students use the drawing tool to color their own rainbow, encouraging hand control, precision, and engagement with digital tools. Then, students complete a fun Rainbow Focus exercise where they search their environment for items in each color of the rainbow and type their answers. This activity combines movement, creativity, and mindfulness while practicing important OT skills in a playful and structured way. Because the deck includes a warm-up, hands-on coloring activity, and a mindful observation task, it provides everything needed to guide a full tele-health OT session from start to finish.
