How Many Syllables has 29 cards with 1, 2 and 3 syllables. It is a phonological awareness activity in which the student says the word and then can figure out how many syllables ,e.g. counting the stars, tapping a finger on the table or hand, beating a drum, etc. This is a great warm up activity to encourage listening. It is also a great activity for speech sound sequencing.
