Description: This deck helps students practice recognizing colors and reading color words. The 11 color words included in this deck are black, blue, brown, gray, green, orange, pink, purple, red, white, and yellow. Students will look at a picture and determine what color it is. Then, they will read and choose the appropriate color word. Students will drag the color word into the blank to complete the sentence. This is a great deck to play whole group on an interactive board. The class can practice reading the sentence together. After identifying and reading the color word, the class can practice spelling the word. Students will also enjoy playing the deck independently. It is a wonderful Back to School deck for Pre-K, Kinder, and 1st grade students.
