This is a 7-page Boom™ Card deck featuring six short, engaging activities designed to help you get to know your students at the beginning of the school year: Me/I & My Pronouns My Pets My Hobbies My Family My Summer Break Meet Your SLP/Teacher Use this resource during the first week of school to learn more about your students’ interests, experiences, and personalities while helping them feel comfortable and connected. Students can type their answers directly into the cards and click “Submit” when they are finished. For students who are not yet able to write independently, the activities can be completed verbally, with the SLP, teacher, or provider typing their responses for them. The deck is easy to navigate using the Home, Next, and Back buttons. Students can select an activity from the home screen, move through the deck, or return to the home screen at any time.
