Kick-start conversation with this interactive resource! 20 different designs perfect for social groups during distance learning. Kickstarters offer visual cues and reinforcement to keep the conversation going! Each time your student keeps the conversation going in one of the 5 ways, (ask/answer/reciprocate questions, make a comment, or ask a follow-up question) drag a small item from that row to the larger image below. Pictures include: basketballs/hoops, footballs/goals, baseball/glove, bananas/monkey, bees/hive, penguins/igloo, marshmallows/hot chocolate, candy corn/monster, cookies/dog, cupcakes/cat, marshmallows on a stick/campfire, fish/shark, dolphins/ocean, monster trucks/crush cars, candles/birthday cake, ladybugs/flower, frogs/lilypad, fireflies/jar, butterflies/net, carrots/bunny. Sports decks have two goals and may be may be played competitively if desired. The other decks are designed to be used collaboratively (i.e., see how many bananas your group can feed the monkey, or marshmallows they can roast over the fire.)
