Description: Students review r-controlled vowels with this fun monster hunt-themed deck. Students are shown a word with an r-controlled vowel. They must decode the word and then choose the correct image from two choices. The deck has 30 task cards, with congratulatory cards sprinkled in. Audio directions are provided but students must read the featured words. Students work to stack monsters. They also are on the hunt for ribbons. They have 10 levels they must complete.
