This 50 card Spring deck is a great tool to encourage students to stay on topic, add more detail to their description of objects, reduces prompting and increases vocabulary. It expands on the Feature, Function, Class skill. Each card displays a picture and seven options to build on their language. The options are presented in a 'bubble' which the student can 'pop' after answering the question. These conversation enhancers are: 1. Category: What group does it belong to? 2. Parts: What are its parts? What is it made of? 3. Where: Where do we find it? 4. Purpose: What do we do with it? 5. Like: Do you like or dislike it? 6. Looks: What does it look like? 7. Extra: Is there more you want to say? This deck is great if used one-on-one, or in small and large groups and encourages students to get talking and getting to know each other.
