Description
This deck was created for emerging readers in elementary and early middle school who are learning to make inferences. There is a total of 8 cards with 5 practice opportunities. All of the cards are paired with video to support students as they learn to read the words. After trialing these cards with emerging readers, it was determined that 5 practice cards was the right amount to maintain students' attention during independent homework. These decks are ideal for homework practice However, a teacher or therapist may want to use deck #1 and deck#2 to teach the concepts in class.
