Do your students need more practice with blending sounds? Blending is a crucial skill needed to decode words. When my students have trouble with blending, I provide picture supports with answer choices. However, I wanted my students to be able to practice this independently as well, so I created these Blending Sounds Boom Cards. This deck focuses on CVC words with the short u vowel sound.
