Description
A description of context clues and directions followed by 25 cards containing 5th grade, tier 2 vocabulary words. Students learn about Hawaii as they use context clues to determine the meaning of the words from three choices. Each slide includes: A picture of the vocabulary word, The vocabulary word in red, A sentence using the vocabulary word, Three choices for meanings of the word. An accompanying card restates the meaning and students write a sentence using the word in a text box. On this card, students can drag the gecko if they need a clue! Students can click on the microphone icon to hear questions and directions. This deck is part of a bundle in my store.
