Description
Students are presented with a grocery store activity. Students are presented with girls, boys and food items as well as a cash register, basket and cart. Students are asked to point to a specific spatial concept when given 2 different images. For example, "point to the apple behind the cart." The following spatial concepts are targeted during this activity: - in front - on - behind - above - under - next to - between Some of the following IEP goals can be targeted during this activity: - Identifying Basic concepts (e.g. Spatial Concepts) - Describing (e.g. talking about shape, use, size, category, taste, etc.) - Where Questions (e.g. ask students where questions after he or she identifies the correct preposition)
