Description: This CORE VOCABULARY INTERACTIVE story is great for AAC users! It targets story comprehension, core vocabulary, fringe vocabulary & more! This beach themed story allows students to choose elements of the story with fill-in-the-blank sentences on pages and interactive pieces to go along with each page. Students will practice using core vocabulary words and fringe vocabulary words throughout the story with visuals for each word provided on each page. A comprehension question is included on each page with 2 visual answer choices given. To extend their learning additional comprehension questions are included at the end of the story. 2 leveled predictive writing activities also included to practice writing with core and fringe vocabulary words. The predictive writing activities target " I + Go + to + the ______" and "I + go + in + the ____ ". This product is great for mixed groups in Speech Therapy sessions since so many goals can be targeted!
