This deck includes 18 BOOM Cards, which provide students with practice using the area formula to find the area of regular polygons. Students may also need to apply knowledge about special right triangles (30-60-90) to first calculate the apothem and/or side length. As a result, there is a heavy emphasis on triangles and hexagons in this assignment. Students will be instructed to type their answers in decimal form.
