Oh man! I'm Frustrated is a book written to help kids learn to recognize their body signals when they are frustrated! This book is created with interception in mind! Interception is the body's ability to interpret signals from our organs and systems. Many of our young students both with autism and without can struggle with understanding why we are feeling the way we are feeling and what our body is trying to tell us. When students learn what their individual body signals mean, they can better learn how to regulate their body and emotions Just a reminder…NOT everyone’s body works the same and different people have different signals. It is our job to help kids figure these out.
