Practice identifying and naming common action words with this fall-themed Boom Cards deck. Students work through four levels: Field of 2, Field of 3, Field of 4, and Name It. The receptive sections increase in difficulty by presenting 2, 3, or 4 picture choices, while the expressive section presents one action image at a time for the student to name verbally or with AAC. This deck targets 10 action words: raking, jumping, carrying, picking, eating, drinking, reading, walking, sitting, and sleeping. This activity is great for targeting receptive language, expressive language, verb identification, verb naming, vocabulary, AAC use, visual discrimination, and early language skills. It works well for speech therapy, special education, preschool, kindergarten, and early elementary learners.
