Description

This interactive Boom Deck introduces students to the numbers on an analog clock face. It focuses on helping learners recognize, identify, and understand where numbers 1–12 for the hours belong on a clock. Students will begin by tapping the correct number when prompted (1–12), building number recognition and familiarity with the sequence of numbers on a clock. After locating the number they will type in all 12 numbers on a blank clock face, reinforcing number placement and overall clock structure. Then they will draw the missing numbers on a slide with a visual model and last without a visual model. Ways to Use This Deck: General Education: Great introduction to telling time units Reinforces number recognition and sequencing (1–12) Works well for math centers, whole-group instruction, or independent practice Modified Curriculum / Special Education: Provides repeated, structured practice with a single foundational skill Supports students who need explicit instruction and visual reinforcement Can be paired with hands-on clocks or teacher modeling IEP Goal Areas Targeted: Math (Number Recognition & Sequencing): Identifying and ordering numbers 1–12 Functional Skills: Foundational understanding needed for telling time Attention & Task Completion: Following directions and completing multi-step tasks Fine Motor/Typing/Writing Skills: Selecting, typing and drawing numbers accurately
