Description: Phonemic Awareness - Sound Manipulation. Provides practice in hearing and feeling sound changes between two words. Students are provided with two-three sound syllables and are asked to identify the change. This is an excellent way to begin to develop phonological awareness before students are fluent in the alphabetic principle. Additional Decks and other PA activities are available in my BOOM store.
