Oh no!! You have been locked in a house and it is your job to find a way to escape! Look around each of the 10 rooms to find clues that will get you out of the locked house. Each item you click on will prompt you to do something (read a short passage and answer comprehension questions, match words, follow directions and choose the correct answer, etc.) or will have a message. This deck includes 58 cards. A detailed instructions manual to make it easier on the provider. There are 10 rooms. Each room has 2-4 items to click on. This deck is jammed pack of speech and language skill opportunities including; ~ reading short passages ~ comprehension questions ~ inferencing ~ problem solving ~ following directions ~ story retelling ~ decoding ~ expressive language ~ S & Z articulation in initial, medial, and final position ~ S & Z articulation at word level – single words & phrases ~ S & Z articulation at sentence level – practice in context ~ S & Z articulation reading level – short passages & comprehension This deck is no prep, except for maybe a piece of scrap piece paper to help the escaper's remember things and is self-marking in that students have to answer questions in order to advance. This deck will benefit you if you have lower elementary students that need something fun and engaging to work on those challenging S & Z speech sounds.
