This interactive no-prep activity contains parts of a laundry room and office to help students answer "where" questions, build categorization skills, label household vocabulary items and increase MLU with visual sentence strips. Students are presented with the following parts of a house: - 10 office items (e.g. globe, desk, iPad, computer, bookcase, blackboard, telephone, chair, desk light & pencils) -11 laundry room items (e.g. washing machine, dryer, clothing, hanger, hamper, bin, broom, detergent, clothespin, iron, bucket) The following IEP goals can be targeted during this activity: - Expanding Utterances & Increasing MLU - WH Questions - Where does it belong? - room categories - Labeling household items
