Description

Students will practice listening for details and other receptive language skills as they listen to the clues and try to guess the robot! There are 3 levels of play (field of 4, field of 8, field of 12). This activity also includes an open ended game with 15 robots where students can take turns describing a robot and guessing which one is being described. You could also use this card to practice asking yes/no questions (like Guess Who) - "Does it have blue legs?", "Does it have wheels?", "Does it have buttons?". Finally, students can build their own robots for a fun reward. This is a fun way to practice giving and following directions.
