Description
This interactive no-prep activity contains a polar bear wearing different winter clothing items to help students build a variety of expressive and receptive language skills in an engaging way! Students are able to answer WH questions, label clothing items, and increase MLU to form subject + verb + object sentence structures. The activity contains the following: - Visual sentence strips to help students increase MLU - A variety of winter clothing items (e.g. sweater, jacket, hat, scarf, gloves, ear muffs, pants, boots, & snow suit) Some of the following IEP goals can be targeted during this activity: - WH Questions - Expanding Utterances and Increasing MLU - Identifying and Labeling Clothing Items - Body parts (e.g. can ask students to identify body parts on the polar bear)
