Description

Mya (second grader) came home from school saying she needed help with hundreds, tens and ones ---Grandma to the rescue-- that's how this deck got created! By the time we were done building this, Meah, my first grader also understood this concept! They both understand that the three digits of a three-digit number represent amounts of hundreds, tens, and ones! Hundreds are counted in blocks of 1 Hundred---tens are also in blocks of 10 will equal 1 and of course ones are counted separately . This is geared to teach 2nd graders and 1st graders about place value by breaking down into separate parts- ones, tens, and hundreds. Audio and written directions on first page. Mya is the voice on the cards. Each card has animation and audio, the audio can be turn off you like, Random numbers used are: 101, 119, 129, 139,149, 158, 162, 169,179,189, 199, 200, 227, 248, 256, 284, 299, 309, 312, 319, 323, 341, 344, 374, 399, 423, 427, 484,438, 465, 501, 520, 532, 555, and 598.
